  • Weapons: Miniguns + Homing Missiles

  • Spawn: Police helipads, army base, $1.8M purchase

Maverick (Civilian)

  • Speed: ★★★☆☆

  • Weapons: None

  • Spawn: Hospital rooftops, beach helipads, news stations

Free to grab from hospital roofs. Slow but reliable. No weapons means you'll want to upgrade to a Buzzard ASAP.

Sea Sparrow

  • Speed: ★★★☆☆

  • Weapons: Front-facing machine gun

  • Spawn: Marina docks, waterfront helipads

  • Best for: Water landings, island hopping

The only helicopter with pontoons — can land on water. Essential for collecting ocean packages.

Cargobob

Planes

Luxor (Private Jet)

The ultimate status symbol. Fast, comfortable, and a champagne interior. Not weaponized but makes a statement.

Velum (Prop Plane)

  • Speed: ★★☆☆☆

  • Passengers: 4

  • Spawn: Small airfields, dirt strips

  • Best for: Low-and-slow sightseeing, smuggling missions

The starter plane. Available at every small airstrip. Handy for exploring the map from above.

P-996 Lazer (Fighter Jet)

  • Speed: ★★★★★

  • Weapons: Twin cannons + missiles

  • Spawn: Fort Zancudo military base (steal it!)

The fastest vehicle in the game. Stealing one from the military base is a rite of passage — come armed and leave fast.

Flying Tips

    • Landing: Hold the descend button and gently tilt nose up just before touchdown

    • Combat flying: Use buildings as cover, pop up to fire missiles, dive back down

    • Parachuting: Always carry a parachute when flying — bail out if things go wrong

    • VTOL craft: Toggle hover mode with right d-pad for vertical landing
