GTA VI Vigilante & Emergency Missions

Vigilante (Police)

Enter any police cruiser and press the mission trigger button to start Vigilante mode.

How It Works

1. Enter a police vehicle (cruiser, SWAT van, police bike, or helicopter) 2. Activate Vigilante mode 3. Chase and eliminate criminal targets shown on radar 4. Each kill adds to the counter; reach the target for that level to advance 5. Failing (dying, getting busted, losing the target) resets progress

Best Vehicle for Vigilante

The Police Maverick (helicopter) makes Vigilante trivial. Targets can't escape a helicopter. Miniguns delete cars instantly. Complete all 5 levels in under 30 minutes with one.

Paramedic Missions

Steal an ambulance and activate Paramedic mode.

Tips

  • Drive carefully. Each collision hurts patients — too much damage kills them.

  • Use sirens. Traffic moves aside when sirens are on.

  • Plan your route. The minimap shows patient order — do a loop, not back-and-forth.

  • Best location: Vice Beach. Flat, wide roads, lots of tourists (= patients).

Firefighter Missions

Steal a fire truck and activate Firefighter mode.

Tips

  • Use the water cannon. Aim at the base of flames, not the top.

  • Park close but not IN the fire. You'll take damage.

  • Best location: Industrial area. Wide streets, short buildings.

  • Drive by burning cars. Spray as you pass to extinguish them faster.

Taxi Driver

Steal any taxi and activate taxi mode.

Tips

  • VIPs (marked gold) pay 5x the normal fare

  • Take highway routes when possible — faster = higher tip

  • Avoid damage (reduces tip)
